1. What casemate is
casemate is an AI drafting assistant for advocates and judges in India. It helps you read case papers and prepare a first draft. It does not replace a qualified legal professional and does not give legal advice that can be filed without review.
2. Your account
You must sign in with your own email or phone. You may use only your own chats, uploads, drafts, and billing information. Keep your password or phone access private.
3. Drafts and review
Every draft must be checked by you before it is used. Names, dates, facts, citations, and sections can be wrong or incomplete. Court acceptance is not guaranteed.
4. Plans and payments
Paid plans are charged through Razorpay. Limits for the free plan and paid plans are shown in the app. See the refund and cancellation page for how those charges are treated.
