casemate is an AI legal drafting assistant for advocates and judges in India. You upload the case papers, choose a document type, and casemate prepares a draft in the layout of that document. You check the facts, the sections and the prayer before anything is filed.

Advocates use it for pleadings, notices, applications and agreements. Judges use a separate mode for judgment and order drafts. The two modes keep their own chat history.

What a draft is

A casemate draft is a starting document, not a filed pleading and not legal advice. Court rules, limitation, stamp duty and the law that applies to the case still have to be checked by the advocate or the court. Missing facts stay blank instead of being invented.
